20.01.2022 This little lady, my goodness what a fire-cracker . We spent the entire session keeping up with her, very determined to 'find sheep '. . I absolutely love kids like her, their movement, their busy-ness, their zest for adventure. The images we capture from this are magical. Their movement and naturalness is what we look for. 'Runners' as we parents like to call them, always take us to places that we ordinarily wouldn't have got to, they find pockets of light that we wouldn'...t have seen had we not rounded the next bend. . So please don't try and tame your runner. Let them chase the sheep, because sometimes they get a bit puffed and plonk themselves down on daddy's lap and look up at me like this . 08.01.2022 I've got a little story about these images, they're beautiful right??!! Well, this little lady was well over it by the time this frame was attempted. She was tired, cranky, and just generally over the whole photoshoot experience. And who could blame her, it was late afternoon (aka Witching hour in most homes of small children) and she was ready for dinner and bed. What I'm trying to say about it, is this was ONE frame out of about 20. All the others either side of it definite...ly showed us her mood....but this one split second she looked up at me like this . So please, all you mums and dads that go home from a session thinking it was a disaster and the kids were crazy....please know that there will be SO many images just like this throughout the session, treasures amongst the chaos!! Please trust me to be able to capture them, just embrace the crazy and enjoy the time with your babies See more
