10.01.2022 I remember telling people that I wanted to be a Doctor when I grew up. Truth is - even as a young child, I had been conditioned to say and be whatever made other people feel better. I didn't even get to grow up before I started living the life I thought the world expected of me.... This pattern led to a LOT of years chasing the elusive dream career/job that would fill that void I felt inside - that feeling that I was created to BE something. BE someone. Problem was - I had spent so long being the person I thought the world thought I SHOULD be that I had no idea who I wanted to be (say that quickly 3 times!!). And then on a whim I answered a FB ad for a Professional Coach and from our very first meeting I knew that my time had come...I was about to embark on a journey. I was about to discover ME. It hasn't all been easy. In fact at times it has been a huge screaming, crying, heaving fkn mess But oh what a beautiful mess Underneath the layers of Mum. Boss. Partner. Daughter. DV survivor. Enabler... ...is ME! Hi, lovely to meet you :) And the best bit? I learned what I wanted to be when I grow up So, what do I do? I support people as they peel back the layers and get to know themselves. I witness people growing up and falling in love with who they really are. And it is the most amazing thing to be a part of!!
