16.01.2022 How are you doing today?.....No, I really mean it! How have things been for you over the past couple of weeks. If you've experienced anything like I have, you might have thought that you were on an emotional roller-coaster, or that a great cosmic wave has washed through your life, clearing away everything in its path that is old, superfluous, had its time, or just plain - needing to shift! In my role as a counsellor I get to talk to a lot of people and it seems that there ...have been many people going through this very deep cleansing process. Things that they thought were stable, long-standing, and that may have felt right previously - are changing, leaving, falling away.....OR, that old beliefs, fears and doubts are re-surfacing to be cleared yet again, more deeply, more profoundly than ever before. So......back to my question. How are you doing? If you are feeling that you have been smacked around this past few weeks, feeling grief, separation, an ending of a chapter....know that you are not alone. Be assured that like me, you are being cleared out for new opportunities to manifest, new relationship, new business ventures, even just a new hairstyle! I know its not easy, there is a level of uncertainty that can be very unsettling as we watch helplessly as parts of our lives disintegrate before our eyes, but hold faith. There will be a new beginning, there always is. We just need to be open, go with the flow and manage our uncertainty as best we can. BREATHE!
