15.01.2022 Recently I’ve had several queries regarding the difference between coaching & mentoring. Here’s some great detail put together by the Brefi Group from the UK. Though we may initially associate coaching & mentoring with ‘career’, both are used successfully outside of a professional context. 11.01.2022 I've been writing some client materials today and I must admit a few hours in the question 'will anyone ever read this' came to mind. I pressed pause on my materials and over a cuppa watched this Ted Talk a good friend had sent. Actually, it was the second message I received today along similar lines. The first was about being patient while you wait for seeds that you have planted to grow. Or, to paraphrase Tina, it takes small risks to build the sail that will capture the winds of luck. What a great image. I hope you get something from watching and sharing this short clip. Oh, and thank you Tina Seelig!
