02.01.2022 Have you ever made passata? It's such an easy process, especially when done as a group. It simply requires ripe tomatoes, a mouli or press, fresh basil & bottles/jars + lids. Once bottles are sealed, submerge in cold water, bring to boil & cook for 30 minutes (small quantity) 2 hours (large quantity). Allow to cool in water overnight.
