Being brought up in Lancashire the North of the UK I was surrounded by my family baking. At home it was my brother who is the most amazing chef I have ever come across, and our mum who still lives in the house I grew up in. 05.01.2022 After Monday’s macaron class I had some ingredients left over so decided to make chocolate Macarons with a caramel buttercream filling It just goes to show how comfortable you are in your own kitchen with your oven and these where a breeze and taste Devine.
