25.01.2022 They always say that as you grow up, the foundations of your future is applied! And that is certainly true with me. Being brought up in Lancashire the North of the UK I was surrounded by my family baking. At home it was my brother who is the most amazing chef I have ever come across, and our mum who still lives in the house I grew up in. 05.01.2022 After Monday’s macaron class I had some ingredients left over so decided to make chocolate Macarons with a caramel buttercream filling It just goes to show how comfortable you are in your own kitchen with your oven and these where a breeze and taste Devine.
