22.01.2022 One of my clients asked me a few days ago, She said: Do I get bored as I stay in the gym all day for training client and still need to do my training. I said, No, Never! I thought about that again. I never feel bored really, I love it! Lifting weight is my hobby and Teaching is my job. They are different. And I am a happy girl as I can teach what I love, doing it with no regret and I enjoy my job truly. Fitness and health is not only a theory. Knowing is not enough. As a tra...iner, I believe I should train, practice, understand and execute a plan before teaching. If not, I think I can't empathy what's my client going through. And I want to tell myself, never stand still, be humble, always learning. Sometimes when I see my clients lift to failure, their muscle was burning and they were suffering, I got it! My heart is feeling the same. I know how it feels! I know it hurts! But I can only say: " Don't stop, you are getting there! " I want to tell them they are great. I'm proud of them for going through all the stage and the whole journey. I experienced what are they doing right now. They are great as they try to make themself a little better every time. I'm glad and proud. OK, Everyone knows legs day is my favourite day, Yes it is : D! Back day is second! Your back is multiple muscles combined so you need to learn how to use it. Train your back can always improve your posture and create an hourglass shape. Video are few tips to get you the first pull up. Swift left! 1. Learn about the scapular movement and warm up with scapular pull up. 2. Use a resistant band/ resisted pull up machine to help you ( you can tell I'm much easier to control my scapular. 3. Jump up to a bar and focus on Eccentric part, take 4-6 sec down. 4. Underhead grip to do Chin up as more bicep recruitment it should make it easier. 5. Do Lat pull down correctly! Stop using your arm and focus on the back contraction and practice drill with it. If you don't like your body or not feeling healthy, It's ok. I understand. Don't hate yourself, do something instead of moaning! I am here to help with all my heart. Love Fion x

19.01.2022 I used to hate taking progress photo or video of myself - simply because I disliked myself. And I didn't post any of it because it didn't meet my target and I didn't think I was good enough. That's why I barely have any ' old photo'. I hate showing people my weakness until I succeed( at least succeed mean are my mini goals lol) I used to go to the gym and I got jealous of the fit girls and that trigger my low esteem. But now I understand you never know how much effort they pu...t in behind. Mindset, Diet, lifestyle, training history, technique, mind-muscle connection etc. They look like that have a reason. They were not born like that. - I am not very good at Squat. I am working on it. The video is around 1 year apart, 7kg lighter bodyweight. Yesterday I was doing 80kg 8x4. I can tell I have improved my core engagement from last year ( not enough ), squat depth with no butt wink, Bar path etc. Taking video the benefit is I can always find something I can improve. I want to work on my stability, ankle mobility and more control at eccentric part and not hinging squat. See, the weight is not the only factor, you can improve in a lot of ways - that's the fun part! I was thinking post my squat until I get 100kg again. But I had my last heavy legs session for this year, and it was such a great session!! So small process is still a process, even it's not perfect, memories it. " You don't need to wait for next year to kick start your new goals, After today, is still tomorrow. You know what I mean : P. Fion x

19.01.2022 First Video- Dec2020 BW 59.8kg Second -Aug 2019 BW 69kg , 130kg1RM Third - Sep 2018 BW 65kg... 100kg always a magic number for me, Although the number is same, lots of factors are different, my bodyweight is lighter now and after a back injury last year, I am happy I can just lift the weight and feel good again. Lifting weight is therapy for me. I love my training. And I love I know I get better every day, that comforts me. If I can only choose one exercise to do it forever, no doubt - DEADLIFT! Everyone time is precious. If you want to get stronger and build up strength quicker, choose deadlift. Deadlift work your entire body! It is a big compound movement work almost every muscle in your body! Try heavy deadlift and not change your facial expression, it is impossible ;) Below are few tips to prevent getting an injury in a deadlift. -Straight back, no lumbar rounding ( Very important! ) -Bar on the top of the middle of your feet -Pre pull tension, Lat Engage -Leg drive through hip joint Rome wasn't built in a day. Please don't do quick fix. Be patient, be confident and be kind to yourself. Stop chasing the result, try to enjoy and find some fun in the process, and do it in the right way. Remember, looking good is just a side effect for exercise, be healthy and improve the mental health- That's the main goal. 15.01.2022 2020 is almost over, and I am rethinking what did I learn or achieved in this year. I try to be positive and not showing negative thought on Facebook, as I don't like people get affected by my sadness, but I have to say 2020 is a hard year. My dad got a brain stroke a few months ago, I wish he can get better every day. However, he is a vegetative now. I am so sad is because my dad is just like me, he is a very active person, seeing him lying on the bed can't move can't eat, i...s just hurt my heart to the deepest. Covid time, Victoria been lockdown, have a while, Government not even allow outdoor personal training, I was so depressed. I don't have income and the most important bit is I lost the contraction with my client and people. I love my job, so when I work, I focus. I can escape reality for a bit. Exercise saved me. If the old me I probably go drinking alcohol or eating junk food. I chose not to let the sadness hit me, I fought it back. Doesn't mean I am not sad, I just try to be strong and I know my dad wants me to do the same. First 20 people gathering in this year!! Thanks for all my clients came to my hotpot and boardgame night yesterday and all the support this year! I had so much fun I didn't even take many photos ( You know what I mean! The old me will take a million photos and forget to enjoy present!) As a immigrate, I don't have any family or much friends in Australia, so I treat my clients like my friends. And I love everyone to the bit, Everyone have their way to healing themself, for me, seeing people happy make me happy. Lots of love, Let's smash more goals together in 2021! Love, Fion xx

Start to invest your health, it is a guarantee. " And I am here to tell you that number one, most of you say you wanna be successful but you don't want it bad, you just kind of want it. " ------- If you want it, work for it. ------- #Hidad #canyousee #Imdoinggreat #iloveyou
