18.01.2022 A house fire at Albion Park Rail last night shortly after midnight. Crews from Albion Park and Shellharbour attended the blaze til the early hours of the morning. Great work from all the firies and other services including police, ambulance and electricity authority. Fortunately a working smoke alarm alerted the occupants and they managed to evacuate the home before the fire took hold. Just another reminder to check that you have a working smoke alarm in your home and test it weekly. Well done to all that attended.

14.01.2022 Thank you for your many dedicated years of service to FRNSW and your community. RIP Warren, from your comrades at 207

13.01.2022 Where is the truck that has 207 on it you ask? It’s right there marked as SEV, when our trucks go in for a service we’re given another truck to use to continue to protect our community

11.01.2022 What happened to our old station that was located at 180 Princes Highway Albion Park Rail? It was sold off and demolished to allow for another business. However these guys went above and beyond to remember not only the history of 207 Albion Park station, FRNSW but also our history as a community. Here’s what the company fire service plus has done with the old letters. We look forward to seeing the commemorative plaque.

10.01.2022 TARALGA DAM l Fire and Rescue crews from Fire and Rescue NSW Station 385 Moss Vale, Crookwell and Fire and Rescue NSW Station 305 Goulburn demonstrated they are... more than firies after they responded to a call for assistance by the NSW SES and the Upper Lachlan Shire Council to remove water from a local dam after council engineers identified safety concerns. FRNSW crews, assisted by the NSW Rural Fire Service, brought in a specialised HiTrans vehicle to pump out 10 megalitres of water from the 20 megalitre dam in Taralga, which was also the town’s main water storage. The FRNSW Remote Piloted Aircraft System (RPAS) drones were also on site assessing the dam along with the NSW EPA to ensure the water was removed effectively to protect nearby homes. #MoreThanFire #PreparedForAnything #ProtectTheIrreplaceable

09.01.2022 Devastating news yesterday, with the passing of a Rural Fire Service volunteer firefighter from Hill End Rural Fire Brigade following firefighting operations at an incident in Hill End. From all of us at 207 Albion Park, we send our deepest condolences to the family, friends and fellow fire-fighters during this terrible time. Thankyou for your service to the people of NSW. #nswrfs #FRNSW

02.01.2022 WOW Can you believe that this was a year ago!!! This was the beginning of a long hot summer of fighting fires, crews were responded to assist in the Lithgow. At night we even had sleet and almost snow while extinguishing this fire!!! We had never been so cold on a fire ground, our truck even had ice over it. Just a reminder it is now fire season, stay safe
