25.01.2022 This morning 381 Moree permanent and retained staff had the honour of attending the Remembrance day service at the Moree RSL Club. Although a modest service due to COVID-19 restrictions, the service was well conducted by Roger Butler and the team at the Moree RSL. Lest We Forget.

20.01.2022 All things great and small need rescuing sometimes, even if its not an emergency. This little guy (fittingly dubbed Kermit) found his way into the cistern of the Relieving SO's bathroom this morning, so the crew at 381 thought they would return Kermit to the river, after boxing him up comfortably he was safely released back into his natural habitat on the banks of the Mehi River.

14.01.2022 381 got a visit today from Moree's Joey Scouts for a FireEd talk. The small group got to meet some firefighters, learn about good fires, bad fires and what to do if they see fire, have a look at the PPC and fire truck. Thanks for coming

14.01.2022 The second call of the day for the 381 boys was thanks to a cat stuck inside a car. Crews were called by the car owner when she heard a stray kitten calling for help from under the vehicle. When crews managed to locate the kitten, it escaped and made a dash to a neighbouring car. The firies moved along and started again to find the wild adventurer, eventually coaxing it out and catching it. After wrapping it up in an overcoat the cat was dropped to the local ranger to be looked after from there
