25.01.2022 This fire interrupted my trip home last night. It made me search out this article to find out what happened. One line in the article spoke about how the truck driver attempted to fight the fire - obviously with the fire extinguishers on the truck. Unfortunately the fire was to large for the diver to extinguish. Its a reminder of the importance of having a fire extinguisher in your vehicle. Every work vehicle, which is part of your work place is required to have and maintai...n a working fire extinguisher. I have one in both of my family cars and every time I go camping or 4WDriving I upgrade to a larger fire extinguisher and a fire blanket. Be prepared and stay safe.

20.01.2022 Here is our latest blog post to help you determine what fire extinguishers you need before you purchase them in our shop.

13.01.2022 This couple escaped the fire in part due to having working smoke alarms. did you know that the design life of a smoke alarm is 10 years old? If your house is over 10 years old then you should replace your smoke detectors. Most houses only have smoke alarms in the paths of egress, such as hallways. We recommend that extra smoke alarms should be installed in the bedrooms.... An of course the smoke alarms should be all interlinked. Our recommend go to DIY installation is the Brooks 10 year lithium RF interlinked smoke alarms - you don't need an electrician to install them! Visit our website to get your today! http://firesafetywarehouse.com.au//10-year-lithium-smoke-/

04.01.2022 The Fire Protection Association (FPA) Australia calls for it to be mandatory for all homes to have interconnected smoke alarms ... and we agree. Many deaths in homes could be prevented had a working smoke be installed. So if you done have one go to FireSafetyWarehouse.com.au and search for our RF interconnected smoke alarms that you can install yourselves. They even come with 10year lithium batteries so you are protected for a decade

04.01.2022 Our thoughts are with the people injured in this fire. It is a timely reminder that every registered boat must have a fire extinguisher. We recommend a fire extinguisher one size larger than you think - as a minimum our 1.5kg ABE fire extinguisher.... You should also get it serviced. There are many companies that are available to service it. Stay safe
