11.01.2022 Good morning beautiful people! As you all would know by now restrictions have started again.. and both yours and my own safety is of utmost importance here at Fire and Ash. In saying that a few protocols are being put back in place in the clinic. a Covid screening questionnaire will be required before each appointment. ... Please attend your appointment alone.. I’m happy for people to wait in the car for the duration of your treatment however unless you are accompanying a minor (16 and under) please leave the extra person at home. We can reschedule if need be. Hand sanitiser will be required upon arrival: it is available at the door to the clinic, please use some on your way in and on your way out. I will be wearing a mask for any treatment time that you are not face down on the table. If you would like a mask too, don’t hesitate to ask. If you or a member of your family have had a Covid test, please wait until your results are back and you are given the all clear to reschedule your appointment. IF YOU ARE UNWELL AT ALL PLEASE CALL OR MESSAGE ME AND RESCHEDULE. I cannot stress this enough. Any signs of cold/flu/cough/any sickness at all please do not come to your appointment and I will show you the same respect. If I get sick the clinic shuts down for the duration until I am better. I don’t want that to happen, and neither do you. I am doing my best to ensure I follow every process possible to ensure the clinic stays a safe and germ free space as possible. I use hospital grade disinfectant to wipe all surfaces before and after your appointment, I change the linen after every use and I wash them an additional sanitising solution, and I wash my hands constantly. If we all work together, we should be able to stay open through this next wave.

07.01.2022 To everyone who’s appointments were effected this week I just want to say a massive thank you for your understanding and patience. It meant so much to me knowing that I have such amazing people supporting me and my business. Quick update: Mum is ok, whilst it was incredibly touch and go on Wednesday she has pulled through better than the surgeons expected and is recovering as good as can be. It’s gonna be long road but she is a trooper.
