16.01.2022 Transforming the service access journey for clients at Cerebral Palsy Alliance! We have recently completed an incredibly rewarding engagement with Cerebral Palsy Alliance (CPA) and our friends at Aginic. In collaboration with Aginic, we designed a program to deliver an adaptive strategy for transforming the journey for onboarding clients at CPA. Together we were able to deliver some fantastic outcomes, including:... 1. Collaboratively designing a vision and prototype for the future that will provide a substantially better experience for both staff and clients that we believe in, 2. Providing an understanding of the critical enablers and requirements for achieving the future state vision, and 3. Developing the confidence and means for CPA to take ownership of their journey towards realising their future state service access journey.
