Awesome Day Today!!! ... @bassstraitbeef ribs in the @lowandslowparts drum smoker, @borrowdalefreerange pork trimmings in the slow cooker and then when the ribs were taken off to rest, I cranked the heat up for some chicken wings. All smoked with Cherry Wood from @natural_smoke_australia which smells amazing and check out that smoke ring on the ribs. All cooked over @firebrandbbq charcoal which is the best on the market. High sear 30sec each side then tip in the Firebrand charcoal into the BBQ for an indirect setup and continue to smoke steaks at lower temp with the lid on until cooked through to your liking. Use a digital thermometer to get it just right! Rest well before slicing. Guaranteed juicy!

Shared with my brother because he loves barbecue food as much as I do. Rubbed the ribs in a combo of lanesbbqau Magic Dust and Honey Sriracha, which is becoming a favourite of mine for pork. Cooked on the ghetto drum at 250f for approx 2 hours before wrapping for 45 minutes. Glazed with my Comp bbq sauce which is heavy on the Kinda Sweet.
