07.01.2022 2021 is on it’s way and we’re keen to get out and get active! Our 8 week program runs Wednesdays and Saturdays. The program starts Wednesday 10th February / Saturday 13th February and runs for weekly until Wednesday 31st March / 3rd April Tickets : https://www.firedupfitness.com.au//teensfit-8-week-challen... Our FIRED UP FITNESS TEENS Program is a unique 8 week program which inspires and empowers tweens and teens to be their best versions and live life to the fullest with a base that’s full of the RIGHT knowledge and skills. We run fitness sessions that are not just about fitness but present valuable tools required in life such as building confidence, self esteem and resilience whilst thinking about our actions and their consequences. We bring awareness to mental health and have assembled trainers and speakers to educate our youth on all things health and well-being. Disclaimer: Due to COVID-19 we are limited to 20 people per session. The first 20 people for each session will be accepted. If there is greater demand for this class we will endeavour to create an extra session. We appreciate your support and understanding during these restrictions.
