01.01.2022 Fire performing and yoga are two of my greatest loves. . Being a performance artist is the outlet for all my energy, creativity, social interaction and an outpouring of energy. . Yoga allows me to draw my energies back in, be quiet, be still and find my peace.... . I used to think they were contradictions in my personality. Am I a noisey extrovert or am I a quiet introvert? (I really do like being alone.) . Eventually, I realised I’m both. The two are in perfect balance with each other. The quiet balances the noise, the stillness balances the business, there is rest amongst the high energy creativity. . I wouldn’t last long in the world of one if I didn’t have the other. . I love my yoga. But I hope I can return to performing again soon to give me the balance I need. .
