24.01.2022 The taste of cooking over natural wood charcoal on the Happy Camper is hard to match! Some dry aged beef sliders from @kingswoodparkbutchery Cooked using the @ozbraai cage to make the flipping all too easy and ensure maximum smoke exposure.

22.01.2022 What a great way to kick off the New Year by giving the new @ozbraai cage a test run on the Happy Camper while on a recent trip to Magnetic Island. The lamb was cooked to perfection over some beautiful Aussie Gidgee wood charcoal, the smoky flavour is so exquisite. These cages are perfect for cooking lamb, fish and so many other options and even better they are a perfect fit on the Fire Keeper. The open cage gives the food more opportunity to soak up that delicious charcoal flavour, can't wait to try some more recipes. @ Magnetic Island
