04.01.2022 Training has helped me through some of the toughest times in my life. The challenge of always building a better you, pushing yourself to uncomfortable places and constantly learning and improving has kept that fire burning which I then redirect to all areas of my life. With every goal reached a new one is set and by overcoming hard things builds a bigger and better you physically and mentally. Knowing that when times get tough if you can just hang in things will change and the tide will turn. Keeping fit and healthy is a cheque that you never know when you’re going to have to cash but by working hard and staying ready for that day you are giving yourself the option to get the most out of this life. Fingers crossed for some good news this week as good physical and mental health is the best medicine. #gymsaresafe #exerciseismedicine
