20.01.2022 A massive amount of work going on behind the scenes in the FireMate Development Team. Everything from invoicing utopia for every size business to options for large corporate customers is just about ready to go. As well you will notice you can now location stamp your coordinates against assets. No one has asked for it but we just did it because we could, because like you we have managed Fire Protection Businesss and we know how handy it will be in some instances. Large Industrial Sites hydrants points is a good example.

14.01.2022 Here we go again, we are currently pushing out a minimum of one new feature release each week and we have a queue of new features that are currently in testing that we will be releasing in the coming weeks. This morning we are pleased to announce the release of a significant new feature where the field labels against an asset are now tailored to the asset itself. This was particularly apparent previously with the Pressure Test Date that was for Extinguishers but was also pres...ent against other asset types such as Fire Sprinklers or Detection Systems where it wasnt relevant. As well licensees can now add a limited number of additional fields. This is a significant change that has been in development for some time now and we have been working very hard towards this in the background as we push further and further to capture the detail required to provide the most detailed reporting available for your customers. By capturing this level of information provides you with the ability to drill down deeper into your data to obtain higher levels of compliance and further opportunities to grow your revenue, something that no other product comes near in Fire Protection Maintenance. Because we dont have to work around all the compromises with normal asset maintenance software we have been able to tailor FireMate to be specific to the Fire Protection Industry and the unique way the industry operates. #FireMate

11.01.2022 Please see the latest internal bulletin distributed to all licensees regarding our latest security upgrade. The security of your data is our highest priority.

11.01.2022 A big thanks to the many licensees who have taken our all new FireMate Mobile app for a spin and responded back with nothing but praise. We do appreciate your comments and thanks for the feedback, we are feeling warm and fuzzy. We should have an official release date for you all soon.

09.01.2022 We are pleased to announce the release of the ability to update the Payment Status of invoices raised in FireMate. Many businesses provide limited access to the company accounting system meaning operational staff often have no idea that a customer you are about to perform further work for has invoices outstanding and overdue for payment. By importing the Aged Receivables report from your accounting system every invoice that is outstanding will be marked as such along with the... corresponding period it has been outstanding for. For example, your operational staff can see that the customer requesting service has payments that are outstanding at 60 to 90 days and can request a commitment to pay prior to dispatching a technician. This is typically a very fast process taking less than a minute to update the status of 1000 invoices. If you would like to utilise this, please look in Billing/Invoice Manager/Payment Status where this is performed. If your accounting system is not present in the list, please contact us at FireMate Support and we will implement the facility for your specific accounting system.

08.01.2022 We hope you all are enjoying our latest update allowing technicians to update key and access details and Site contact information directly from the mobile device when granted permission by your organisation. All built in with the necessary controls and features to accommodate the needs of every business from sole traders through to hundreds of field staff.

07.01.2022 Todays release now includes the ability to track supplier purchase orders against both Jobs and Routine Activities. We know the pain of trying to match up all those invoices towards the end of the month and trying to work out where those materials were all used. Used correctly this feature should allow you to invoice out your work prior to even receiving the supplier invoice therefore improving your cash-flow by getting your invoices paid as quickly as possible. Some big features are on the list for release in the coming weeks, all part of the service we provide as part of your subscription with no more to pay. We will keep you posted.

07.01.2022 The developers here are smashing out the feature updates and we are struggling to keep up with the testing. Today we have added the ability for your technicians to limit the number of jobs that are bought down to their device during a sync by adding a selection of how many days of jobs they wish to see on their device. For those techs who have had their months work planned in the Tech Calendar this should assist with much quicker data syncs by only bringing down the jobs they require on their device.

06.01.2022 Have you had a chance to try our all new FireMate Mobile app? This week we installed the new mobile app into your training database so you can have a sneak preview. Give it a workout, this is pretty much the final release that we will be giving you in the new year. If you have any trouble give us a call at the FireMate Support Helpdesk and we will guide you through it.

06.01.2022 Today we are releasing a much-requested new feature, the ability to update asset details during a Service Request. Previously this could only be done from within a Routine Activity at the time of inspection. Things such as returning to site to remove Extinguishers due for pressure test and reinstall new units seen technicians unable to update the asset with the new Pressure Test Date. From now on all asset details can be updated within a Service Requests as long as the asset is attached to the Task or the Service Request of the job. We hope this makes the lives of all the Service Coordinators out there a little easier.

06.01.2022 Very successful Fire Australia 2017. We caught up with many of our industry friends including these old work colleagues from the Illawarra who we hadnt seen since the National Fire Solutions days when they worked in the Wollongong branch. Great to catch up boys. Thanks to all our existing customers that dropped in to say hello and those people that had heard all about our product and sought us out to come and look. Big thanks to FPA Australia for a putting on such a successful event.

05.01.2022 To all of our customers calling to request a fast track upgrade to the new FireMate Mobile app we will ensure every customer receives this update before the end of the week. Thanks for the support and praise, we really appreciate it.

03.01.2022 More and more positive feedback flooding in regarding the all new FireMate Mobile app #FireMate

03.01.2022 In todays update, we have added to FireMate Mobile the ability to insert assets into your existing work sequence using a decimal point. Further work sequence sorting features will be coming in the future.

02.01.2022 We are pleased to announce that FireMate Mobile has now been officially released for iPad and iPhone. Get it now from the Apple app store.

02.01.2022 Heres another quick one for you all, we have just released a much-requested feature update before we finish up for the weekend. Many Licensees have requested that their technicians like annual testers who arrange their own work schedule and bookings directly with your customers can set the date & time they have booked in for testing against the Routine Activity or Job. A lot of people were attempting to run this in separate calendars which provided no visibility to service c...oordinators back in the office. So now your techs can modify the Date Requested Date & Time against the activity on FireMate Mobile and these changes then reflect into their technician workload on their device and back into the Technician Assignment Calendar on FireMate Desktop providing full visibility to all. For those Licensees with dedicated Delivery Managers this feature can be disabled in the Employees & Logins against each individual Technician if required.
