14.01.2022 Our Red Savina Habaneros before they were picked this morning. Red Savinas are super hot - and earn a rating between 350,000 and 500,000 Scoville Heat Units (SHU). For comparison, a jalapeno comes in at a mere 3500 SHU.
12.01.2022 Just picked our 2nd last Red Savina Habanero of the season and used it in a recipe. Just a taste of this wonderful chilli has my mouth and face on fire! Looking forward to the next growing season. We have some wonderful product ideas.
03.01.2022 Our first batch of Chilli infused Olive Oil was sent to Aria Catering today to be used at TEDx Sydney on Saturday. Let's hope they use them sparingly because they are dynamite!
