05.01.2022 FORD MUSTANG $46 500 This classic American 1969 Ford Mustang coupe has been in the possession of the current owner since 2010. It was stripped to bare metal and resprayed in two pack Mystic with silver accent stripes. The reconditioned matching numbers 302 cubic inch engine has had an Edelbrock 600 four barrel carburetor and Torker manifold added. It also has Hooker extractors and a 2 and 1/2 inch twin system. The alternator has been upgraded with an 87 amp Powermaster mod...el. The front brakes have been upgrades with XC Falcon rotors and calipers and an EB Falcon power booster and master cylinder combination. The original C4 transmission has been swapped out but the 8 and 3/4 diff is original. The coupe has the original style ram power steering. The dash-pad, hood-lining, windscreen, carpet and seals have all been replaced. New seat belts and headlamps have been fitted to comply with Qld Transport LO2 requirements. The Dragway wheels suit the car with 215/60 R15 fronts and 245/60 R15 rears. This cruiser was completed to its current condition in 2018. The car is currently registered in Qld on club registration and is being sold unregistered. This car has really nice glass with slight factory tint. The radiator was recently reconditioned and a thermo fan has been fitted. This coupe drives very tight and it is obvious that the suspension components etc have all been attended to and the power steering is very light and smooth.
