24.01.2022 Here is a car fire fully engulfed in fire but by using only 7.3 litres of water with the Firexpress Australia system we are able to contain and extinguish the fire with no run off saving any environmental damage to surrounding waterways.

20.01.2022 Our new demo All Terrain Vehicle Polaris Ranger 800 XP The Firexpress fire fighting all terrain vehicle is a self-contained system with a pump driven unit, a ...500 litre water tank and a 12 litre tank for foam. The unit consists of a Lombardini 15 LD 315 6.8 HP or diesel engine, which drives a self priming membrane pump preset at 37 bars. Via a selector switch, it is possible to choose either to spray with a water/foam solution or only water. The foam percentage can be preset between 1 and 6% depending on the installed orifice. From the pump the water is forced into a 50 metre hose, which is connected to the lance. The lance is operated via a pistol grip. It is able to deliver 24 litres of water per minute or 120 litres of aspirated foam per minute at a range of 15 metres. The vehicle is equipped with a suction system with a 4 metre hose with a floating filter for suction of water from external water sources such as rivers, lakes, the sea or any available water reservoir. The system can be used simultaneous with using the fire fighting system or to fill the water tank in approximately 8 minutes. Baffle plates are installed inside the tank to increase stability during transport. The fire fighting system is mounted on an American made Polaris Ranger 800 XP and comes with emergency lights and siren. The Firexpress ATV is an all terrain vehicle especially designed for fast response fire fighting when rough terrain has to be navigated or some distance needs to be driven. The ATV can pull a trailer or sleigh and can be used to bring injured people through rough terrain to the nearest road.

20.01.2022 One more step forward for Firexpress International Certification.

17.01.2022 The Firexpress fire fighting all terrain vehicle is a self-contained system with a pump driven unit, a 300 litre water tank and a 12 litre tank for foam. The pump driven unit consists of a Honda GX 160 4.8 HP petrol engine, which drives a self priming membrane pump preset at 37 bars. 14.01.2022 Testing how effective the Mt Buller vehicle can be over the peat. Usually accessing a peat fire can be extremely difficult and dangerous for fire trucks. Did... you know? The Alpine first attack vehicle sits high off the ground on giant tracks but puts less force on the ground than a person. Compared to a human footprint, the vehicle produces just a quarter of the pressure PSI (per square inch) leaving minimal environmental impact in sensitive areas. It will be able to carry crew and equipment into areas other vehicles can’t reach with a high degree of manoeuvrability. The vehicle is a modified Toyota Landcruiser with a pump and hose set from Denmark which can do the same job as a normal fire truck with a lot less water. The pump is incredibly efficient in the way it uses water or foam and the nozzle has the ability to reach 15 metres. US company Mattracks supplied the rubber triangular tracks to enable it to access hard to reach places. The vehicle has a 4.5L Turbocharged engine, an integrated diesel engine driven High Pressure Pumping Sysem with a 300 Litre water tank and foam proportioning system. The vehicle has had comprehensive testing for steering, braking, rollover and load capacity. See more

08.01.2022 By using the special aerodynamic effect of a moving water drop, the unique patented dual nozzle is able to produce micro drops at a pressure of only 15-23 bars and still achieve an amazing range of up to 15 metres. Equally the dual nozzle is able to produce high expansion foam in a straight stream at the same range. Firexpress’ patented dual nozzle is able to produce extremely small micro drops (7-100 micron) giving the water a very large surface. Fighting a fire with these micro drops will utilize the heat absorbing and steam generating capability of water to its maximum, hereby reducing the required amount of water dramatically. Additionally, the micro drops are so small that they will be hanging in the air for a relatively long time and will be drawn into the combustion process by the turbulent airflow feeding the fire with oxygen.
