14.01.2022 Hi there! I thought it would be a good idea to introduce my self. My name is Jess Firkin and I am 23 years of age. I love eating, my family and friends (not eating my family and friends - there is a comma lol), my girlfriend, socialising, basketball (Go lakers baby!), working out and helping people become the best they can be. The last 2 are the reason I have started my own health and fitness coaching business and the reason I am so passionate about it. I am a qualified perso...nal trainer, having completed both my cert 3 and cert 4 in fitness. As a mostly unmotivated kid (maybe motivated to play video games, but that’s about it), I turned to exercise when I was about 16 years of age for a change. I found that it not only helped me physically look better, be healthier and get stronger, but I also grew so much as person in other areas. It helped me with my self-confidence, prioritisation, goal-setting, accountability, planning, putting myself first, habits, moderation, balance and consistency. With the purpose of Firkin Fitness being to help all people get ‘Fitter for a better life’, I would love the opportunity to help you become the best version of yourself through the training and education that has helped me get to where I am today and what I use to continually push me to where I want to be.
