17.01.2022 The fact that back pain can disrupt a good night’s sleep is fairly obvious, but did you know that the amount of sleep you get can affect your level of pain? A n...ew analysis from the University of Sydney shows that treatment for insomnia can actually help to reduce back pain. This new evidence suggests that the relationship between pain and sleep is two-way, meaning poor sleep may lead to worse pain and worse pain may lead to poor sleep.
