19.01.2022 With all the uncertainty at the moment I just wanted to reassure my valued clients that we are open for business. For the health and safety of your family and mine we are making some changes to the way we operate for the next month until 17 April, 2020. 15.01.2022 The governments HomeBuilder program has been announced today. Eligible home owners can apply for a $25,000 grant towards the cost of renovations valued between $150,000 and $750,000. There are several criteria to meet to qualify for the plan though, so careful consideration should be given before being too excited for this scheme. The scheme is also available for new home construction up to a value of $750,000 including the cost of the land. As before several criteria need to be met before you can qualify for the scheme including an income means test.
