24.01.2022 Learning some moves for my online programming

24.01.2022 I am working a plan for us people. Hang in there

23.01.2022 Not sure who needs to hear this however, things will get better. Yes, there is the distinct possibility that for some of you reading this, they may be worse for a short while. So we must plan, prepare and adjust our lives as best we can, to see us through. No, it won’t be easy. But yes, it will get better. Heed the advice from your reliable sources and choose to take the appropriate action. Whether your government have made it a rule or not, you know what you should be doing ...to take care of yourselves, and each other. Avoid allowing yourself to get dragged down into the panic, the hype and the media chaos. The evidence is there. Washing your hands. Social distancing. Self isolation. Let’s start there. You are an incredible human being, fully equipped with the ability to navigate these stormy seas. You will find solutions. You will come out of the other side of this, and you will be stronger than when you entered. Let’s all make a promise to try to live by the values that will see us though. Kindness. Fairness. Accountability. Respect. Courage. Resilience. Together, as a global community, we will beat this. Be the lighthouse. Stand strong, and shine the light to help guide someone else’s boat safely through the storm. Reach out to each other. Stay connected. Be positive. See more

23.01.2022 <3 Feel the feeling but don't become the emotion ...

22.01.2022 Today: Have a morning ROUTINE! With the ‘shit storm’ that’s going on in the world right now, there’s confusion, uncertainty and overwhelm. I know it’s difficult to focus on putting your needs first; however, when you do, the rest of your day will start to flow more smoothly. Instead of pro-crasti-fluffing and deciding you’d rather go off and make a piece of vegemite toast instead of getting things done, or boredom comes creeping in the door, here are my tips to get your day flowing. Be disciplined and keep to your usual routine as much as possible. Start the day with a clean slate, avoid the FB scroll for about 15 minutes and give yourself some dedicated time to get your vibe happening. Make a list of things you will achieve that day and then get cracking into them. Aim to do more than you did the day before.

21.01.2022 Creating in your world is being able to feel the energy around and knowing when it feels 'off'! A good sailor knows how to read the environment and will change... course or tweak the sails to manoeuvre through a storm. Often sailors get a 'feel' the weather is shifting, or something is in the water below the surface where they can't see anything. Their intuition is strong. By learning to fine-tune your intuition or gut feeling, you will be able to guide yourself through life with more ease or exhilaration. It's a fine art of perfecting the journey.

14.01.2022 Hopefully you are still strutting your stuff for your mental health and keeping fit like these cuties :)

13.01.2022 HAPPY INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S DAY Who is your female inspiration? Tag them below! To all the fabulous women out there - we see you, we support you and we THANK you.

07.01.2022 Like everyone across Australia i was deeply saddened for my industry, clients, colleagues, and Australia when I heard the announcement on Sunday. Here are some wise words. Wake up fitness industry ... ScoMo & the CMO was talking to us. Stop looking for loopholes people. Follow the directive from the government. We have a social responsibility and we all need to play our part in minimising the impact of this disease on our community. Justin Tamsett http://www.mygc.com.au/australia-shut-down-pm-orders-pubs-/

07.01.2022 When we change from daylight savings it takes me a few days to adjust. Here’s some ways to get yourself motivated: Watch the sunrise and sunset to reset your circadian rhythm Keep your screen time on your FB scroll to a minimum... Set an achievable daily routine and review it every week Make your fitness a priority each day. Walk 30 mins daily Get sunshine and be in nature 30 mins daily Include meditation and journaling as these will offer clarity Prioritise your tasks and set yourself realistic goals Work on one task for 30 minutes, have a break and do something for yourself such as 2 mins of stretches Do things to lower your stress levels Check off your to do list as you go Having FUN is so important. Dance, read, do what makes your heart SING. See more

06.01.2022 Was meant to be in Sydney this weekend for Filex Fitness Convention. Instead I tuned in online. Listening to the incredible Kurt Fearnley in his opening speech, hit home as it was real and from the heart What a total Australian champion winning GOLD and doing Kakoda on his hands. ... How to build resilience. Huge respect! Remind yourself about your challenging days.

05.01.2022 Now, more than ever, our value, our impact, and ultimately our influence lies in the little things we can do for each other, every single day. This week I am so grateful to friends who have gifted me apples, lemons, a basil plant, parsley, figs, lemon balm, flowers etc that are all home grown to keep my immune system strong and spirits high. Be kind as that little thing may turn out to be a big thing for someone else. Reach out. Stay connected. Keep your MIND & Body strong everyone

03.01.2022 I am so relieved to hear that bootcamp and small group PT has been canned. This week I have been approached to run such classes and gave a firm NO! This coronavirus has upheaved many people's lives. As you all know, I'm very black & white. I have a duty of care as someone who promotes wellness and health not to attempt to do anything that puts you or the community at risk. Now more than ever, we need to come together as a community and protect our most vulnerable and change our own needs.

02.01.2022 Did some of these this morning

01.01.2022 Have you noticed that your sleep is light and your body maybe tired? This was me yesterday, I struggled to get motivated to workout so I made a deal with myself to just get on the bike for 10 minutes and listened to some great tunes. I then did 10 minutes of dancing followed by 10 mins of floor work with a nice round of stretches to finish. Total workout time was 44 minutes. The rain then cleared and I went for a wonderful walk in nature with the cleansing smell of rain on the trees.
