21.01.2022 Choosing a pillow that is right for you can often be a confusing and complex task given the variety of pillows on the market. The importance of getting a good night sleep should not be underestimated and poor sleep can take a toll on your health and wellbeing. If you are finding sleep difficult due to discomfort or waking up with soreness or headaches, it could be your pillow. Ensuring you have a suitable pillow is an important decision given how long you spend sleeping eve...ry night. If a pillow is the wrong shape, too high, too low or does not have the right amount of support, the neck can be strained into incorrect positions for many hours while sleeping. It is quite common to wake up with general neck stiffness and soreness as the result of incorrect pillow selection or develop acute wryneck, joint stiffness and locking, muscle strains and headaches over a longer term. For more information click the link below. https://fchealth.com.au/blog/choosing-a-pillow/

20.01.2022 Hi All, We wanted to communicate to everyone the measures we are taking to ensure the safety of our patients and staff in the current climate. What we are doing:... 1. Extra hand hygiene measures are being employed in the clinic after every patient. 2. All equipment is being cleaned before and after every patient. 3. Extra precautions are being taken in regards to pillowcases and bedsheets. 4. We are encouraging contactless pay and a 1.5m distance from our reception staff. 5. If you have been in contact with anyone who has been overseas OR if you are experiencing flu like symptoms please call us immediately to cancel your appointment and we will reschedule it for you. In addition to the strict hygiene and cleanliness practices we normally follow and additional practices listed above, we are asking all of our patients to help us by following the guidelines in the flowchart below and we are actively screening all patients attending the practice. Kind Regards, First Choice Health
