The role is for a 6-week period however there is possibility of an extension.... As the Administration Officer you will be responsible for a range of daily tasks and activities, including but not limited to the following: Perform general administration duties such as maintenance of records, administer documents, mail and correspondence processing Use various software packages including MS Word and Excel while also being proficient at data entry Provide courteous, efficient and timely customer service to all internal and external clients Respond appropriately to all verbal and written enquiries within the guidelines of the Regions customer service expectations Work efficiently and effectively to support the work unit Manage own workflow and perform duties within agency guidelines and procedures and contribute to the overall achievement of the organization This role is part time and will see you work three days a week Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Your strong customer service skills, ability to determine client needs and perform administration duties with attention to detail, will stand you in good stead to make a positive contribution to the team. If successful, you will be well rewarded with an opportunity to work with the largest vocational training service provider in the State.
