06.01.2022 Yesterday we installed a set of central keyless entry to our 2000 ce lancer. I had the central locking but not keyless entry. The drivers side door had been replaced at some point and did not lock with rest of the car. So I was locking my keys in the car and climbing over seats to unlock drivers side. Well no more thanks to the aftermarket keyless entry kit. We can fit these to any old car that does not have central locking or if it does does not have the keyless entry. We can supply and fit or just fit. It's a great way to make your car more modern but keeping the factory look.

05.01.2022 Tech talk. Today's tech talk is on head units subs and amps. The number one question I am asked is can I put a amp and sub in to my car with a factory head unit. Answer. No unless your head unit is a fancy fancy one from factory there is no rca in the back. We need the rca/preout ports to use the amp. And this is used with rca cords (audio cords) that plug into the back of the amp. So unless your head unit aftermarket there is a good chance we can't unless you upgrade to a a...ftermarket head unit. Q. What do I need to run a amp and sub. A. You will first need a head unit that supports preout or rca, you will need a sub and enclosure box, you will need a amp and wiring kit. Make sure when purchasing your wiring kit that you buy accordingly to your wattage. When buying a amp make sure it matches or better then the subwoofer you are running if you decide to run speakers as Well make sure the amp has enough wattage to run all. Q. How long will it take. A. That depends on a few factors. If I run into trouble then could take 5 hours if I don't 4 hours depending on how hard it is to install. We wire up to the battery run the power cord through the car to were amp is located. We then connect a neg ground to a bare bit of metal on the body of the car. Then we remove the old head unit and install a new one if it needs it or we remove aftermarket head unit and Then connect rca and trigger wire to head unit then run rca and trigger back to the amp. Amp is then mounted into position so it don't move. Wiring is hidden throughout the car so you don't see it. Then we put it all back together with new head unit if it's factory. And clean up. All this takes 4 hours to complete from start to finish depending on car sometimes faster. Q. How much does it cost A. Amp install And set up $140 head unit install $130 total $270 however look out for our discounts and promotions to get it cheaper Below are rca/preout ports
