25.01.2022 Hi All!! As most of you will already be well aware of now, basketball is just around the corner and as we get closer I am offering group trainings for full teams. If you are interested in putting together either a group with some friends or getting some sessions together with your domestic teams to fine tune their skills and work on some match day fitness please contact within the next week!! 21.01.2022 Tom’s first session on his own this afternoon was smooth sailing, great to see the boys locked in all the way through and another way we are exposing these kids to high level basketball coaches that set the standard of what intensity they have to train at to make it when they get older.

10.01.2022 Hi Everyone, This is the last of our first 4 weeks cycle. I hope you have all enjoyed it and got a taste for what is to come, plenty of game day fitness and a wide range of skill development preparing those for their upcoming VJBL trails or the upcoming domestic season. We will be reaching out to those already in group sessions over the weekend to discuss movements going forward. ...
