03.01.2022 As part of the National Health Plan for coronavirus, the Australian Government have made telephone consults possible. This minimises the risk of contracting coronavirus for both patients and doctors. For many groups of vulnerable patients, there are bulk billed telephone consults available. For those patients who do not qualify, we will be providing a private telehealth service for the same fee as your regular out of pocket cost for a consult. We encourage all patients to take advantage of this service for the protection of your families and ours.

03.01.2022 We will be returning to our regular billing practices from today, the 20th of July. Telehealth consultations will continue to be bulk-billed for all patients who have attended the practice in person in the last 12 months. If you have not been seen at the practice in the last 12 months we are able to provide a private telehealth consultation for a private fee. This is a result of a government ruling effective 20/7/2020. Please advise your Doctor if the Covid-19 pandemic has caused you financial hardship.

She has been a truly integral part of the practice this year and we will miss her greatly. I am looking for a new nurse now . Hoping to train the nurse while Ali is still here . ...
