18.01.2022 **BREAKING** The RBA have just announced a cut of 0.15% to the official cash rate- bringing it to 0.10%- another historic low that would have been unthinkable at the start of 2020 It will be interesting to see how lenders will react...will fixed rates become widely available that start with a '1'? Will your lender pass on the full rate cut to your varibale rate loan?... Do you know how much you're paying for your home or investment loan?
