17.01.2022 The eaves had recently been replaced in this area. Typically a sign somethings been fixed! BUT it had rained heavily just before this inspection and it didn’t take long to work out that the damage had been fixed but the cause was never identified and fixed, won’t be long before the eaves need to be redone again if the actual cause isn’t fixed

01.01.2022 If a picture paints a 1000 words then I think a thermal photo paints 10,000 words! Unfortunately whilst it confirms there is a problem under this shower the exact cause needs to be found by doing some invasive investigation. Is it a leaking waste pipe? Water pipe? Live termites?
