As obvious as it may seem, any slopes, uneven ground or vegetation growth can significantly increase siteworks or hidden costs ... We wanted to mention this, because there are many blocks that are of larger size and advertised for a cheap price and disguised as an amazing deal. This is not always the case, as there is often higher build costs that they may require! A mindful tip for anyone looking for a block - Ensure the levels of the block are as even as possible and the lot is prepared for construction to avoid any hidden surprises! #FHB #gotyourback
