If you are building your home and you are eligible for the First Home Owners grant (FHOG) did you know that some lenders allow you to use the $10,000 FHOG as part of your deposit. ... If you have been renting with a licensed real estate agent for 6 months or more this may be an option So for example you are Looking to purchase a house and land package for $400,000 but you fall short on your savings and you dont quite have a 5% deposit saved but you have been renting with no missed rent payments, the $10,000 grant could be used to bulk up your deposit. 13.01.2022 What an AMAZING time to consider purchasing a home. The Federal Government have $25,000 Building Grants. The WA State are offering $20,000 Home Builder Rebate... and Finally you can also access the $10,000 First Home Owners Grant. if you are a First home Buyer and you are building a home for $150,000 and above you qualify for all 3 grants. 13.01.2022 This is not a business post just a little note for anyone who is worried about their financial situation in this mayhem and how they will manage to pay there home loan if their work has been suspended due to Convid19. I have access to multiple lenders and I am receiving updates and information daily. Please feel free to send me a message. Most lenders are offering payment breaks from 3-6 months. 06.01.2022 Have you ever considered looking into refinancing your home loan? Some of our lenders have an amazing refinance deal right now with very competitive rates and a cash back offer of $2,000 with a bonus $1,000 if the refi is lodged before Monday week. A refi doesnt mean you are starting your loan all over again it means you are financing the remaining term at a better deal, think about it if you have your home loan say 5 years and have a rate of 4.95% you could reduce the rate to 3.9% or less. It might seem like only a few % but if your loan is $450,000 over 30 years you would be knocking $1000s off your total lend! Something to think about ....
