25.01.2022 The majority of lower limb complaints/injuries we see are what’s termed soft tissue injuries (muscles, ligaments, tendons etc) which require a thorough rehabilitation program to resolve completely. The first phase of soft tissue rehabilitation is rest/reduction in aggravating activity plus appropriate stretching. This exercises strengthens the muscles located with the soles of our feet. Very helpful in getting rid of that stubborn heel pain!
