02.01.2022 It is with immense sadness that we announce First Round Esports will be closing from 27th September 2020. Despite the best efforts of our team and community, this year has brought with it the perfect storm of challenges which has ultimately led us to this decision. We cannot thank you enough for the support you have given us over the past two years. Organising tournaments, parties, screening events and just hanging out with you guys has been an absolute highlight for the enti...re team. From Twitch Sings to Just Dance to Super Smash and MarioKart, spending our time playing games with you has never felt like work to us. We will continue to be open Friday and Saturday evenings until the date of closure so you have plenty of time to come in, hang out one last time and say goodbye to your favourite Snorlax. We will have a small farewell event in a few weeks to give FRE an official send off and to give everyone time to come and have one last hoorah together before we have to say goodbye.
