13.01.2022 ** A message from First State Conveyancing ** The management of First State Conveyancing are continuing to monitor the present situation regarding the COVID-19 outbreak and the potential effects for our staff and our clients. First State Conveyancing is cognisant that the situation is extremely fluid. Our plans going forward last Friday no longer applied on Monday after the recent State and Federal Government Announcements.... We have already taken a range of precautionary measures across our offices to ensure the health and safety of everyone involved, including: Increasing the frequency of cleaning in-store and the availability of hygiene products. Asking any team members displaying flu-like symptoms to stay home and self-isolate. First State Conveyancing will, for the time being, continue to trade as usual. Rather than Locking Down First State Conveyancing have, over the recent months, concentrated on Levelling Up our services so that we can deliver a truly remote service experience for anyone with an email address and a mobile phone. Whilst we presently trade from multiple locations, First State Conveyancing is easily placed to practice both from a single office location or even remotely should we be so directed. First State Conveyancing will take this time to be a productive and a positive influence. We are committed to avoiding making decisions that are based on fear and desperation. Rather, we will focus on what serves our staff, clients and our colleagues best. First State Conveyancing have a high volume of settlements to take place in March and April and we are committed to not only completing all of our current transactions, but also assisting new and existing clients in the transition from old homes to new. Our ability to achieve this may, as a matter of course, be subject to the ability of associated services, such as real estate agents and removalists, and the impact that the outbreak may have on these individual businesses. If you have any questions or queries at all, please don’t hesitate to contact our Managing Director and Principal, Dan Lynch on our dedicated number 0400 582 358.
