06.01.2022 Occasionally smoke alarms can themselves become the fire hazard! We needed to really pry this one open to find what you see here. As far as we know this has never been serviced before today. Needless to say we replaced it and gave a compliance form to the property manager all for no extra charge on our subscription service.

01.01.2022 Ok, this is pretty dangerous. We just want to let everyone know that wrapping your smoke alarm in cling wrap is NOT a good idea. If you're managing rental properties you really should call us to give you peace of mind.
