One of the important points of difference of our traditional martial arts school is all First Taekwondo students are tested and graded by Master Low personally, from white belt through to Black Belt & all the Dan rankings. This process ensures no favouritism or concession is given, thus ensures standards are not compromised. We anticipate that training will resume from Tuesday, April 27th, and we will keep you all updated as more information is provided during this time. We anticipate that training will resume on Tuesday, February 9th, and we will keep you all updated as more information is provided during this time. If you can get out and find some similar steps, hills or even in the soft sand at the beach, this will all be advantageous to your cardio training.
