Our hands are tied .... fines are real.. and our health and yours is absolutely our most top priority xxxx. Today I will be in salon doing haircuts only.... there will be no other services being performed at this stage ... can I keep open ? I doubt this I will have a decision made wether we open a couple of days a week for cuts only by the end of business today.
