23.01.2022 Hello and welcome! This is Ian and Kathryn, the new owners of Fish n chips @251 Bourbong Street. Thank you to all those customers that came in today for being so patient. Things have been going along fine with the transformation of us into the business . Learning how to swim in the deep end sounds like a bold plan but it takes good teaching (old owner, Danny and Kerry), good planing and huge amount of guts. So thanks for your support. Each day brings a new challenge and we ...will always be treating our customers as number one. We would also like to give the biggest Thank You to Danny and Kerry whom have shown us the right way to do things in this business. We plan not to change anything in the make up of food and customer relations in this business. We dont need to fix things that are not broken. So thanks to all. Best wishes to Kerry and Danny. 21.01.2022 Good morning everybody. Kerry, Erin, Edith and I would like to say a big thank you for your continued business through these trying times. We must apologise for the times you have had to wait whilst we cook your order, in particular last night when we were flat out. Unfortunately, a couple of customers elected not to place their takeaway order when advised about the wait time, but there is no way around that. Good food is worth the wait, as we all know. We hit a milestone last week. Since opening, we have sold and cooked three thousand hamburgers, chicken and steak burgers. We consider that is pretty good for our little business. 19.01.2022 Good evening everybody. When we first started our business 1 year ago, we did it for a reason. We wanted to bring you all great quality food. Our intention was to retain the emphasis on fresh, well cooked fish, chips and burgers. Our thoughts are that we have achieved that, which is backed up by the amount of you, the people, who support us. Three years was supposed to be our stay, however health problems have plagued me since January this year. I try and hide my pain and usu...ally can, but it is too hard. We have now sold the business which was settled today. For the last six days we have been training Ian and Kathryn Kellaway to keep up the standard you insist upon, as that is what you pay for. We will be in the shop for another 6 days adding to their knowledge. Erin and Edith will be staying on staff to assist Ian and Kathryn. We can assure you we sanitise everything and probably wash our hands 50 times per day minimum to assure you we care about our customers. Please note...our new opening hours 11am to 8pm

16.01.2022 MONDAY Trading Schedule 4-8pm Starting today February 15, 2021. We will be opening today from 4pm till 8pm due to many many requests. We will also be opening for brekky burgers and wraps earlier each day. Kat has a secret formula for the wraps and it has proven to be very popular. Kat has also been working extremely hard make her magical pork and fish spring rolls selling over 200 in one week with extremely positive feedback. 09.01.2022 Good morning to everyone. Well, we had a rather hectic weekend at the shop. So nice to see people returning and giving us compliments. We have altered the menu somewhat to make it easier for people to choose their meals. Some of the less popular lines have been deleted.
