It has allowed us to divert literal tonnes of food + compostable waste from landfill, each week our organic waste is processed and returned to farms as fertiliser. Originally from Paris, Jerome aka Paul Jextra aka Caravan has spent the last twelve years in Sydney oscillating between studios, acoustics labs and DJ booths all the while effecting everything he does with an impeccable ear and a taste for off-kilter left-field dance music and quirky Balearic sounds, with a focus on the late 70s to early 90s. His tas...tes span continents as do the DJs he’s supported; Daniele Baldelli, Peggy Gou, Jan Schulte, Orpheu The Wizard have all had their Sydney floors warmed by some Caravan magic. While his original productions on Ken Oath, Planet Trip and his own label Treat Street have created huge buzz locally and internationally.
