After the honeymoon, Bob was in his garage sorting out reels when his new wife came in to watch him. 20.01.2022 Simply amazing that customers took the time to send some positive vibes our way today. It's always very much appreciated. Fun facts: - We were on deck through the night accepting deliveries and preparing the store for a 5am start. - We will sell over 6 tonnes of Prawns for Christmas.... - We'll probably have pizza for dinner and fall asleep at the table tonight, but tomorrow it'll be FRESH Prawns, Oysters, Lobster and Salmon for Christmas lunch (if there's any left to take home, of course ). 08.01.2022 INTRODUCING Blue Grenadier (Macruronus novaezelandiae) Also known as: Hoki, Blue Hake, Whiptail Blue Grenadier is a bottom dwelling, deepwater species caught mainly by trawl along the continental slope off the coasts of Tasmania and Victoria.... It is soft and difficult to handle raw so Fresh fillets are usually sold ‘skin-on’ to assist with handling. It is a mild, sweet, boneless fish fillet which can be used instead of Flathead, Ling and Australian Salmon. Blue Grenadier is used in a wide range of processed fish products such as fish burgers and is much of the fish in the McDonald's Fillet-O-Fish Burger.
