24.01.2022 So..... here is a long but cute story.... and no good idea ever started with a salad. So.... I’m in cuba, in the most famous bar in Havana last July on a fishin...g, rum drinking and being silly trip. The bar is called la floridita and it invented the daiquiri . It is so Cool busy, buzy and retro and it turns out it was earnest Hemingway’s favourite bar. Leaning against the bar is a life size statue of the man and almost everyone buys a daiquiri and has a photo taken. Very instagramable and has made the bar a famous tourist must do place. So my brain kicks in. What can we do in Airlie? Turns out the new venue has an approved outdoor smoking area , and cigars are trendy, a bit of holiday fun and a once in a blue moon bucket list kind of thing.... behold our Instagram star for Castro’s Corner outdoor rum and cigar nook.
