11.01.2022 It all started 15 Years ago, we've had around 170 employees from 14 different countries, 4 weddings, 4 babies (that I know of and non mine) 3 Locations, 1 fire and more staff parties than I can remember. It has been a journey to remember and I am happy the good times outweighed the bad. We have made so many good friends in Bondi who have followed us from Hall Street to North Bondi and finally to Beach Road hopefully my forever place - thank you to you all and especially all the staff old and new for the support and encouragement to keep going. Who'd have thought that little bit of Byron that came to Bondi 15 years ago is still serving up the Best Fish and Chips in Sydney ... @ Bondi Beach
