18.01.2022 On the go, too much to do, no time for breaks today so lunch now looks like this. Not too bad I guess. Done 4mins and be picked at as the arvo rolls on. Today's handy tip---- *when pan frying seafood use alittle butter on med heat. When finished cooking pour the leftover gorgeous juice onto your salad (mine today is seriously only mixed lettuce) instant tasty dressing.

15.01.2022 Tassie scallops and Lemon pepper squid with any salad you like. A quick tasty meal for sure. I have warmed my cherry tomatoes and cucumber in the pan with the buttery scallops juice then poured over salad, Topped with yummy squid. Took all of 6min to create.

13.01.2022 Rice paper rolls. Easy as to make, simply chop, slice ingredients. Wet the paper and roll. Great for school lunches too. Happy back to school week folks.

01.01.2022 THANKYOU to all our wonderful customers for your support throughout this year with our BIG move. Also thankyou for your patience on Mon24th whilst we got out all the Christmas orders. (There was defiantly a much longer wait this year as we were unable to get some stock on Sunday 23rd to pre prepare like we would normally do,it wasn't perfect but we got there in the end.)
