17.01.2022 I was reading this earlier and I thought it was a beautiful passage to share. Sail Through the Waves We are all such complicated bags of skin, bones, emotions..., and raw nerves. At our best we attempt right action sometimes achieving it. At our worst we pay no attention to the present moment that we find ourselves inhabiting. We get lost in some potential future or a past pain body that moves us away from our authentic self. This is the trial of what it means to be human to be buffeted by the waves of our ego driven self hood. The Glory of Humanity The good news is that we are not alone in this. Each and every one of us struggles with these same principles whether we know it or not. No one gets it right all the time. In fact the glory of humanity is our struggle to try to get it right. This is what makes us shine so bright from time to time. Acceptance is Contentedness So instead of fighting our nature or putting ourselves down because we have made mistakes, we are better served by accepting ourselves just where we are. Accepting the flaws, the hopes, the aspirations, and the regrets of our lives brings us joy and contentedness. Look to your crown and heart chakras for support with this endeavour so that you can sail through the storms of mistakes and into the calm waters of contentment.
