(including a variety of strength; cardio; high performance and core training) @ Totalworx gym 7/44 Hutton Street Osborne Park This would include a fitness test before and after; fitness assessment; nutritional guidance; weekly workout; access to all group fitness sessions, adhoc prizes, private group sharing recipes / workouts / team motivation. 2 x 30min PT sessions to bo...ok and use within the 6 week program & opt-in for a weekly online video call.
