23.01.2022 HAPPY EASTER EVERYONE Sorry it’s been awhile touching base, but hope you are all coping in isolation!! Xav and I have just finished our Easter Sunday Tabata workout!! Give it a go with the kids or on your own, takes 35 min & you can adapt the exercises to whatever you have at home or swap some out (but not the burpees!!)... 11.01.2022 Another one to keep your heart rate up and all over body workout!! Did this yesterday with the twins and they smashed me!! Takes about 20min. You can swap the KB swings out for hip raises or frog jumps if you don’t have a Kettle Bell. 20 of everything, then 15 of everything & then 10!!... To make it harder, you can make it 20 each leg of step ups and mountain climbers. Deadlifts, use a broomstick (easy) with straight legs or dumbbells (harder). Enjoy!!
