21.01.2022 Warming up with some squats today before a killer leg session. Been concentrating on recovery and flexibility this has improved my mobility and range of motion incredibly! And have seen some amazing results because of it. Remember stretching is important for so many reasons, including improving blood flow to the muscles and minimising the chances of injuries/increasing mobility and range of motion just to name a few!



20.01.2022 This machine destroying her deadlifts this morning 75kg lifts for 4 reps and was far from fresh! Well done Alex! Not only have we been working on strength, but she is also killing it with her cardiovascular/HIIT style training Killing it!!

14.01.2022 Mixing your sessions up....to increase strength you don't have to go "heavy" every session. Focusing more on quads this morning with some box squats and front squats with some lighter weight, really feel the burn, With more sets and reps giving the body a break from the heavier stuff

10.01.2022 Again focusing on muscle under tension with slow controlled reps this morning.. again light weight slow controlled reps for that burn



03.01.2022 Definitely not a PB, but after not squatting anything over 120kgs for roughly 8 months with back issues I’m pretty happy with my 160kgs squat last night. Taking my time to catch my old pb but always seeing progression.
